The district to extend from Awamoko to Longslip Station on the Otago side, thence from Lake Ohau to Elephant Hill on the Canterbury side, by the Watershed. All horses qualined must be known to be the bona Jide property of the nominator, and to have been three months in the district pr or to the meeting. Second horse to receive the entrance money in all events. Qualification fee, £l. Three horses to start, or no race. All entries rimst be sent in to the Secretary, Whare-kuri Hotel, not later than 10 p m. on the night prior to the meeting.^ The Ofcago Jockey Club roles strictly adhered to. Five per cent, to be deducted from all stakes. The decision of the stewards in all cases to be flnaL No protest will bo entertained unless accompanied with LI, which will be forfeited should the same prove frivolous.
