Williams, Minister of Mines; Mr. A. T. Clark, Commissioner of Ciistoms. T)ie other portfolios are* unfilled. A verdict of temporary insanity has bepn brought in against Greer, who shot his wife and a Frenchman named Soudry at the Opera House through a fit of jealousy.
