T'he mother of the boy took the case into court, and the Magistrate said that the master had done perfectly right, and read the mischievous lads of the place a lesson. The ship Loch Aire, from Lo.ndon, arrived at Lyttelton last night, 89 days out. She brings 36 passengers, all well, and a very valuable Clydesdale entire for Mr. R. Wilkin. Two entires were shipped in London, but Lucksall died on the passage. The other is named Chancellor. The Lyttelton dock is 82 feet wide, noi 4.6 as has been stated. It is 46 feet q,t the bpttcip.
