These samples may all be described as full-flavored, fruity, aromatic Wines; possessing in. a considerable degree that agitable fragrance that characterises genuine They do not contain immspiUes of any kind. The perfect of these Wines from every kind impurity, the proportion of sugar 3ss alcohol which they contain being quite characteristic of unadulterated, unmanipulated Wine, together with their rich fragrance arising from aromatic ethers, should sti-ongly recommend them, and gain for them a good place in the Colonial market.
