ORIGINAL CORRESPONDENCE.
m THE EDITOR OF THE OAMAP.tT "VIAII. gB r —l noticed a few days ago that jjrenl milkmen called on you and complained of the in justice done to them by as non-publication of Professor Black's anaiysia of the whole of the samples of milk submitted to him. If they complain of injustice done to them, what must be my case, as I am innocent of the charge thai: was laid to me 1 If the case lad not been dismissed on a legal point I ra prepared to swear before God and man that it left pure a3 it came from the cow3 r and also witnesses to prove the same. Unless there wa3 a mistake Professor Black was wrong. If it had been a private affair I should know where to get satisfaction. Though the Professor has feraced my name, my customers have a different opinion; instead of losing a single one I have gained several, and as I kve plenty of milk I hope to do a much ■iuger trade by not raising the price or putting water in it.—l am, &c., !
