Twenty-four acres and three poles, adjoining the Teaneraki railway to Dr. Wait; price, LIS per acre. Connell and Clowes held a sale of pigs on Tuesday last, at Matapuna, on account of E. S. Lees, Esq. In spite of the wet day there was * good attendance of buyere, and prices were brisk throughout. Weaners fetched 21s 6d: porkers, from 31s to aOs; pigs, 80s to 81s; breeding sows, from 14 to L 5 12s 6d each. All the pigs offered wt.re sold.
