News has been received from South America that a revolution lias broken out at Buenos Ayres, the capital of the Argentine Republic. The city is seized and the port blockaded by the revolters. Paris, June 22. The Chamber of Deputies has voted a resolution for a complete amnesty to Communists, Washington, June 22. Mr. Tilden has resigned the leadership of the democratic party in America. This step has been taken, it is believed, as a preliminary to withdrawing from his candidature in the presedential election.
