Paris, June 22. The Chamber of Deputies has voted a resolution for a complete amnesty to Communists, Washington, June 22. Mr. Tilden has resigned the leadership of the democratic party in America. This step has been taken, it is believed, as a preliminary to withdrawing from his candidature in the presedential election.
