That piece of land in Block 95 of said Town lying between Itchenstreet, Severn-street, the Railway, and Section 1 of Herslett's Claim, to be set apart for a site for public buildings ; and 2 acres 2 roods and 26 poles of Reserve D, lyintj between Chelmer-street extension, the Town Belt West, and the Railway, to be set apart as a site-for a new Gaol (c.)
