MR. A. H. MAUDE TO-MORROW. THDBSDAY, 10th JUNE. At his Stores, Harbor-street. At 12 o'clock. AH. MAUDE * has received instructions from Alex. Kerr, Esq., to sell by public auction, at above time and place— The UNEXPIRED LEASE of that Valuable Business Section, being No. 8 Harbor Board Sub-division, alongside the store at present occupied by Messrs. D. and J. Hay; Corner Section; Frontage about 109 feet to Clyde-street, 66 feet to Kerr-street, and a further frontage of 66 feet to the clearest railway siding in. Oamaru.
