Burt, Moody, and Bruce, to John Scott. The lease has five years to run from the 20th December, 187S, at a low ground rent. There is a right of purchase' at three pounds per acre. This property is one of the best in the Hakateramea. It is all fenced in and subdivided. About 300 acres are in turnips (a splendid crop), balance in tussock.
