At the wool sales to-day 10,600 bales were offered, making a total of. 272,500 bales catalogued since/fche- opening. At to-day's auction firmly maintained.
In the House of Commons to-day, Sir Henry Drommond WolfFe introduced a motion in favor of a refusal being given to Bradlaugh's claim for exemption from taking the oath. The House negatived the motion, but allowed an amended proposal to be referred to a Select Commictee.
