THIS DAY. (Before T. W. Parker, Esq., R.M.) DRIVING "WITHOUT A LICENSE. Charles Murphy was charged with driving a licensed carriage within the town of Oamaru without holding a driver's license. The case was adjourned until to-morrow. INDECENT LANGUAGE. Bella Craig was charged with using disgusting language in the public street. Inspector Thompson prosecuted, and accused pleaded not guilty. Constable M'Gaughan gaye evidence to having heard the accused using the language complained of jn the indictment,

Accused had no witnesses to call, and his Worship dismissed her with a caution. [Left sitting.]
