AUCTIONEERS' REPORTS. Mr. George Greenfield reports that he held & sale of furniture, cheese, onions, &c., at his mart, at 12 o'clock on Saturday, when the attendance was good and the bidding spirited for the -various lots. Cheese sold at Bjd per lb; onions, Jd to Id ; carrots, 3s 6d per bag. Furniture at fair rates. He also a sale of horses, buggies, harness, &c., at 2 o'clock. Horses sold at from IA to U8 ; single and double-seated buggies from X2O to X 22; single buggy harness, L 4; double buggy do, L 4 to Lo; saddles and bridles, 43s to 50s.
WELLINGTON. [by telegraph.] May 8. Messrs. Laery and Campbell report sales : Chaff, L 5 ; oatmeal, 10s per cv.~t. ; pollard, L 5 to L 5 IOs; bran, L 3 10s to IA; flour, Zl2; maize, 4s; oats, 2s; chick barley, 2s 8d ; do wheat, 3s 4d to 3s Gd ; cocksfoot, 3Jd per lb; rye grass, 4s per bushel.
