With the exception of the Vice-Presidents' Plate, the stakes to be open to dogs owned by members of any Coursing Club in New Zealand, the subscription to which is not less than £1 per annum. In the event of stakes not filling, the prizes will be reduced pro rata. Ten per cent, will be deducted from all prize-money for expenses.
