He-aiao held a Hfeof horses at 2 o'clock,, at his horse repoattory, when the attendance was good and twr prices were realised; Horses sold-at framXl2 to 120. He also reports having to-day submitted for sale by public auction gt tim .mart several freehold and leasehold properties in Oamaru and South Oamam. The attendance was only moderate but the IfrwftKng fair. Remainder of lease of section 34, block 42, town of Oamaru, was knocked down for the sum~of' L 155; remainder of lease of section 10 a. block 41, town of OamanyLlS; bat freehold section 72, township of South Oamaru, was passed in, not reaching the vendor's reserve. Mr. Richard Leigh reports that he held a ■de on Saturday, at his mart, Tyne-street, of firnit'snd furniture. The attendance was good, said the prices realised very satisfactory. Apples abd pears reached an average of w per case. He reports a Bale of buggies, and harness at the .Northern Stablssp * imder hill of sale—Messrs. Nihil, ■tmd Fry to Matthew Grant. There was a higt attendance, and the bidding was very gjpril—T, the amount of the billot sale being tWTered without clearing out all the lots. - Mmszv.
