Done din, April 20. Be Butler the Minister for Justice telegraphs stating that he is of opinion that, after careful consideration, under existing circumstances, it would be advisable to enter a nolle prosequi, reserving the right to prefer a fresh indictment at next sittings of the Court, should fresh evidence render that step advisable.
