Mr, Hungerfovd has resigned his seat in the Assembly, The Exhibition closes on Tuesday, which has been proclaimed a public holiday. Messrs. Cohen Bros, hare called a meeting of their creditors. Their liabilities are set down at L 35,000, and the assets at L-40.000. Melbourne, April 15. Considerable anxiety is felt concerning the Iron Duke, now 116 days out, and no signs of her arrival. She left London on December 21st. April 16. Mauritius advices to 6tli inst. state that sugar is unchanged, but refining sorts are firmer. Freight to JSTew Zealand 55s to 57s 6d.
