examination, and are thereby induced to offer prizes for competition at the next annual examination" ; to hold a soiree, concert, and ball in the schoolhouse on Friday, 23rd irnt.; to appoint Messrs. G. Boss, W. Scott, and T. Ward a Committee to make all arrangements for the entertainment, and to hold a meeting of the School Committee on the 16th April. | The weather has been wet for several j days, bat seems like clearing op nnw. I A concert was held at Dunback in aid, of the school funds, on Friday, but in consequence of the unsettled state of the weather and the badness of the roads, many who had intended to be there were absent.
