WARDEN'S COURT AT LIVINGSTONE.
(Before Mr. Warden Robinson.) GRANTS. Parry and Evans, extended olaim and tail race. Thomas Parry, residence area. ' Joseph Neale, extended claim. Hugh Delaney, extended claim and tail race. WITHDRAWN. An application for a special claim of ten acres by C. F. Roberts was withdrawn. HELD OVER. An application of C. F. Roberts for a tail race" in Pringle's Gully, which, with objections, was partly heard on January 14th, and then adjourned sine die, was called on, Mr. Roberts being present, as well as some of the objectors, Mr. Roberts stated that now that a main tail race was granted in Pringle's Gully, he was disposed to withdraw his own application, but would like first to be assured that permission could be obtained to run the main tail race through Mr. M'Master'a private property at the foot of Pringle's Gully. It was explained by some of the applicants for the main tail race that Mr. M'Master had promised to give a writti n consent before his departure for Europe, The Warden, at Mr. Roberts' request, consented to further hold over the appli; cation, ;
