Fairlie, barrinentine, 177 tons, Owen, for AdcUide ' ni HARBOR. ftmnttea —Hawk Hope, Elizabeth. Three-masted schooner —Alma. Brigantines— Florinda. Peerless Schooners—lsabetla Pratt, W llliam and Jane. _ The brfstantine Peerless arrived this morninsr from Newcastle with 450 tons coal. The schooner William and Jane arrived about 10 o'clock this morning with a cargo of timber for Messrs*. M'Callnm and Co. The bariyaentine Fairlie sailed last night for Adelaide with 2535 sacks oats and 4 blocks stone, shipped by Mr. George Snmpter.
