AUCTIONEER'S REPOP.T. Mr. A. H. Maude reports having held a sale of freehold and leasehold properties at his store. Harbor-street. _ There was a good attendance, bat the bidding for most of the lota lacked spirit. The following are the prices realised for the properties sold The equity of redemption of section 7, "lock 8-, Oamaru town, brought L 6 3; freehold of section 14, block 25, Oamaru Town, L 321 : the equity of redemption of lotas 1 and -ot sab-division of section 1, block 53, realised HO and L2 respectively. Mr. George Greenfield reports that ne held a sale of horses in the bankrupt eslatc of Mr. J. T. Evans, at his horse repository. Thames-street, today. The attendance was moderate, but the bidding was good. The two-year-old colt (by Pertobe) wa3 knocked down to Mr. H. J. Miller for LIS, as was also the mare and foal for LI 3. Other hacks sold fetched from LlO upwards.
