It is important that the farmers of this district should be made aware of the fact that there is 110 colonial coal so well-adapted to the purposes for which they require such fuel as that of Shag Point. It is cleaner, cheaper, ajid more economical t£an any othep poal, either foreign pv colonial, fqr threshing machines and tljcir kindrefl purposes. Of this fact those who have used it bear the most satisfactory of all testimonies—they will now burn no other. It is delivered in Oamaru by the truck load at 18s 6d per ton..
