MAUDE • has received instructions from Mr. Thos, Procfer to sell by public auction, at above time and place— The following VALUABLE I'ROPF.RTIES, viz.— Freehold Section 17, and Lease of Section 16, Block 25 (corner of Severn and Cross-streets), Oamaru Town, on which is erected that well-known Flour Mill lately occupied by Messrs. Procter and Steward, and known as " Hay and Barr's Mill." The buildings are substantially constructed of stone, and will store 10,000 bags. The machinery consists of three pairs of stones, together with all the necessary apparatus for cleaning grain and silk-dressing flour in the most approved manner, the whole being driven by a horizontal high pressure engine, with tubular boiler; all in good order.
