Procter to sell by public auction, at above time and place— The following VALUABLE PROPERTIES, viz.— Freehold Section 17, and Lease of Section 16, Block 25 (corner of Severn and Cross-streets), Oamaru Town, on which is erected that well-known Flour Mill lately occupied by Messrs. Procter and Steward, and known as " Hay and Ban's Mill." I The buildings are substantially constructed of Btone, and will store 15,000 bags. The machinery consists of three pairs of Btones, together with all the necessary apparatus for cleaning grain and silk-dressing flour in the most approved manner, the whole being driven by a horizontal high pressure engine, with tubular boiler; all in good order. Also, Freehold of Section 15, Block 25, Oamaru Town Leasehold of front half of Section 14, Block 25, Oamaru Town, with two 4-roomed Cottages thereon, now let to good tenants.
