The position of the property—having regard to its vicinity to all the Banks, and the most important business part of the Town, is unequalled, and mast yearly increase in value. The Bnildings proposed to be erected, will consist of a Hall capable of seating 1000 people, and suitable for all public purposes, with stage accessories, &c. ; also shops faciug on Tyne and Wansbeok Streets, and above these a suite of rooms which could be used as Offices, for a Club, or in connection with the Shops.
