All races to be run under the Dunedin Jockey Club Rules, and new scale of weight far Tge. . All entries and acceptances must be in sealed covers, addressed to the Secretary. and contain entrance money, sweepstakes, description and age of horse. The jockey's colons, those registered excepted, must be stated in the entrance form, under a penalty of 2 sovs, which while nnliqidated will disqualify any horse whose owner or nominator has incurred such a -^penalty. Ail person* intending to withdraw horses iare required to give notice to that effect to •the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales at least naif an hoar before the advertised time of! starting.
