These samples may all be described as full-flavored, fruity, aromatic Wines; possessing in a considerable degree that agreeable fragrance that characterises geuuine Port. They do not contain impurities of any kind. The perfect freeness of these Wines from every kind of impurity, the proportion of sugar and alcohol which they contain being quite characteristic of unadulterated, unmanipulated Wine, together with their rich fragrance arising from aromatic ethers, should strongly recommend them, and gain for thejn a good place in thp Colonial market. The Drying Rooms are now in full work, and the result has fully justified the expense incurred. It is intended to use only such timber as has been subjected to this process in making up Furniture and Woodware, and this cannot fail to favorably influence the demand for the Company's Manufactures. The attention of Builders and Contractors is specially drawn to the advantages derivable from the use of timber which has undergone this process of seasoning, and which are: A perfect freedom from clinging, and a consequent absence of the unseemly joints so noticeable in ordinary workmanship, as well as a greater durability in the material employed. A knowledge of these facts mu3t eventually lead to the extensive use of this Seasoned Timber in all workß were such advantages are a desideratum.
