RULES AND .REGULATIONS. All races to be no under the Dunedin ■Jockey Club Rales, and new scale of weight ior igo. All entries and acceptances must be m mealed covers, addressed to the Secretary, and contain entrance money, sweepstakes, •description and age of horse.
