All races to be run nnder the Dnncdin Jockey Clab Rules, and new scale of weight for **ge. All entries and acceptances must be io sealed cover 3 addressed to the Secretary, and contain . entrance money, sweepstakes, description, and age of horse. The jockey's colors, those registered excepted, must be stated in the entrance form, nnder a penalty of 2 sovs, which while unliqidated will disqualify any horse vhose owner or nominator has incurred such a penalty. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales at least half an hoar before the. advertised time of starting. Any person neglecting or refnsicg to comply with thi3 rule shilt' pay a fine to ba imposed by the Stewards, not exceeding 5 sova to the race fnnd.
