[from our own correspondent.] London, January 14. Russia and France are assuming menacing attitudes, and Germany is increasing her artillery force. Disastrous floods have occurred in St. Kitts. Two hundred persons were drowned. The Duke of Schleswig-Holstein is dead. Garabaldi has been divorced. There have been riots in Pesth. January 15. The meat by the Strathalven reaohed Suez in excellent condition. The Cabulese have expressed their inability to pay the fine. The Lundikotal Dakka garrison is imperilled.
