The insosrection is attributed to the ill success of Bolivia in the war with Chili. Capetown, January C. A German company, under Goddofroy, for the Samoan business, is established with Bismarck's sanction and a Government subsidy. An agitation has been commenced in Ireland for a general reduction of liouso rents on account of the depression. Uneasiness i 3 felt in Germany, as Rnssia is massing troops in Poland. An explanation has been demanded.
