Mainlan<l were appointed a Sub-Committee to appoint judges for the various events. Mr. Wm. Bee requested to> be relieved from the post of one of thu handicappers. as he did not feel competent: to perform the duties, and Mr. James Bee was appointed to fill the vacancy.
