The six bushrangers condemned to death are awaiting execution. The Darlinchurst three are awaiting trial for capital offences. Scott is indifferent and resigned', but the others are prostrate. A~tierce contest is taking place between Edwards and Woodhouse for L2OO and the championship. The former is slightly leading.
Tin: Anglicans and Catholics have combined upon the education question. There are swarms of now candidates for election to Parliament in Victoria.
