Will, Bast Taieri, wroto regarding the erection of a charge ou the goldfields, and it was resolved to inform Mr. Will that steps had already been taken in the matter. An application for consent to a grant for manse repairs having been read fromi the Rev. M. Smith, Naseby, it was agreed, to ask for further details, and consider the matter at the Synod. Some business of a routine nature having been transacted, the Presbytery decided to meet at Otepopo on the second Wednesday in March, and adjourned in the usual manner.
