At the Magistrate's Court this morning, E. Lambert, charged with stealing certain documents from the Thames Militia Office, of which he was formerly clerk, was remanded for a week, hail being allowed. Mr. Harley, of Hikutaia has lodged through his solicitor a complaint .against; fpur of the natives why obstructed his survey last Saturday, and nn information for assault against two. The case will be heard next Friday. The survey party, headed by R. 0.
