HAMPDEN RIFLES.

The sixth competition for the Company's medal took place on Saturday, when 17 members competed. The medal was won by Corporal James Riddell, who has thus secured it for the second time, the conditions being that it shall be won three times before beooming the property of any member. A second prize, given by Sergt. Major M'Pherson, falls to vol. F. Laurenson, a promising shot, wlio is likely to be heard of before the medal is finally disposed of.
