The English brandy market has advanced od per gallon, and the price of rum has advanced 3d per gallon. Sugar lias advanced (id per cwt. The Canadian Council has passed supplies. The English ultimatum has been sent to Turkey, demanding reforms in Asia. The Ameer, whilst plotting his escape, was frustrated.
