ROOMS. —The difficulty pxfftrienced by all consumers in procuring supplies of thoroughly Seasoned Timber is well known, and has induced the Company to erect at very considerable cost a complete set of Drying .looms, capable of seasoning in one parcel ovnr IOO.'WO feet of timber, to meet this rnuc.i-telt want, 'i'he Drying Rooms are imwiii fi:!! work, ami the" result has fully justified the expense incurred. It is intended to u-.-'e only such timber as has been, subjected to this process in making up Furniture and Woodware, and this cannot fail to favorably influence the demand for the Company's Manufactures. The attention of Builders ami Contractors is specially" drawn to the advantages derivable from the use of timber which has undergone this process of seasoning, and which are: A. perfeot freedom from clinging, and a consequent absence of the unseemly joints so noticeable in ordinary workmanship, as well as a greater durability in the material employed. A knowledge of these facts must eventually lead to the extensive use of this Seasoned Timber in all works were such advantages are a desideratum. SEASONED TIMBER for the Trade will be supplied on favorable terms, which cau be learned on application at the Company's Offices personally, or by letter. THE FURNITURE DEPARTMENT possesses a special feature in the introduction of local woods into the manufactures, and the successful sale of articles of thia nature marks the appreciation of the Com. pany's efforts in this direction. Speoial attention is given to use only such timber for this class of work as has been thoroughly seasoned by the new process lately introduced by the Company, and Customers can therefore be guaranteed against the failure of any articles from the use of unseasoned, timber. The stocks of imported goods comprise a line selection of Dining-room, Drawing-room, and Bedroom Suites in a variety of designs; Pianos by the best makers ; a selection o Parisian goods ; and every requisite for complete furnishing.
