(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION'.) Wellington, October 7It is reported to-night, on excellent authority, that Mr. Hall has formed his Ministry as follows : —Hon. J. Hall, Premier and Colonial Secretary ; Mr. Rolleston, Minister for Public Works, Immigration, and Education ; Mr. Oliver, Minister for Lands and Mines; Mr. Bryce, Minister for Native Affairs ; Major Atkinson, Colonial Treasurer and Minister for Customs; Mr. Whitaker, AttorneyGeneral, with a seat in the Upper House ; Mr. Tamoana, Native Member. One seat remains to be filled. His Excellency, at the request of the Hon. J. Hall, has called Mr. F. Whitaker, senr., to the Legislative Council, to hold the position of Attorney-General in the new Ministry. -:a... The members of the new Ministry who are here will be sworn in to-morrow morning.
