PARLIAMENT.
Wellington, October 7. Tho Speaker laid on the table of the House the petition of Mr. Newman against the alleged illegal return of the member for Auckland City West ; also, the petition of Mr. ?E. Richardson against tho return of Sir George Grey for Christchurch. The House has now gone to present an address to the Governor.
