(FKOII OUR OWN CORRESPONDENTS.) DUNEDIN. September 5. The returns for Blueskin have been received, and give Mr. Macandrew 3S and Mr. Green 55. September 6. Messrs. Cargills, Gibbs and Co. have received a telegram from London dated 3rd September, stating that prices for good greasy wool are rather higher, and prices for all other sorts ecjual to the lowest of the last series, with the exception of inferior faulty and scourers, which are decidedly lower. Considerable quantities have been withdrawn. The Ciomwell Com.'any's first weekly crushing is 4:95 ounces from 5/5 tons. PALMERSTON. September G. The polling here for the return of a member in the House of Representatives for Waikouaiti has resulted as follows : Arkle, 14(3 ; M'Lean, 70. Several other returns have yet to come in.
