In drawing attention to this Bale, the Auctioneer ■would observe that the above property has been pronounced by competent jtulgcs to be the best milling property in New Zealand. The building is a four-storey stone structure, 120 feet long by 54 feet wide, situated on the main southern railway line. There is a private siding with tarn table, and rails laid through the mill, thereby saving all cartage. The engi;ic is a compound tandnm, with 12 and 2>) inch cylinders. There are only at present five paire of stones, but the engine is capablo of driving eight to ten pairg.
