[from our own correspondent.] London, August 29. The Quebec Legislative Council has rejected the Supply Bill, and demanded that, the Governor should change his advisers. The New South Wales loan is quoted at par. The Western Australian loan has been allotted at L 96 12s. The open market is three-quarters per cent, under the bank rate. The money market is active. The tin market is strong, at a slight advance. Quotations —L 69 os to LC9 10s. Prices at the wool sales are without noticeable alteration. There were 7GG7 bales sold to-day.
