In drawing attention to this sale, the Auctioneer would observe that the above property has been pronounced by competent judges to be the best milling property in New Zealand. The building is a four-storey stone structure, 120 feet long by 54 feet wide, situated on the main southern railway line. There is a private siding with turntable, and rails laid through the mill, thereby saving all cartage. The engine is a compound tandum, with 12 and 20 inch cylinders.
