THIS DAY. (Bofore His Honor District -Judse Ward.) IN BANKRUPTCY. In re James Paterson, Mr. Newton moved for a declaration of complete execution of a deed of arrangement. The order was granted. In re John Richmond, Mr, Balmer moved for a declaration of complete execution of a deed or arrangement. Order granted. In re William Aitken, Mr. Newton, instructed by Messrs. Hislop and Creagh, applied for the confirmation of a resolution passed by the creditors in this estate accepting 8s in the £. Order granted. Mr. Newton then moved for an order declaring the deed of arrangement carrying into effect the above proposal complete, and directing the filing of the deed in the Court annulling the bankruptcy. The order was granted. PROBATE. In re Anne Ross, Mr. Creagh applied for an order granting probate of the will to James Bee and James Houstin Milligan, the executors named in the will. The order was granted.
