[FROM ODlt OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Sydney, July 9. Wheat in Adelaide is in active demand owing to orders from the Capo for cargoes. Millers offer 4s lOd. The Council has rejected the Land Bill. Sir Henry Parkes. before prorogation, gives the Assembly a chance of dealing with the matter. A deadlock is feared. The Governor's speech in the Victorian Parliament is empty, excepting taxation. Sir Henry Parkes will go to Adelaide to attend the Customs Union.
