0 (FROM OUR OWN" CORRESPONDENT.} DUNEDIN. June 21. A New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency telegram, dated June 19, is as follows :—The wheat market is quiet, and the wheather unfavorable for crops. Adelaide is worth 48s ; New Zealand, 46s per quarter. Tallow stocks are heavy. Mutton, 33s ; beef, 31s. On dit that Reid's creditors have agreed to a compound of lGs in the pound. CHKISTCH URCH. June 21. A prisoner named Brown, who was committed to three months' imprisonment for vagrancy, was found dead in his bed this morning in gaol.
