ERECTION OP TIMBER DRYING ROOMS. —The difficulty experienced by all consumers in procuring supplies of thoroughly Seasoned Timber is -well known, and has induced the Company to erect at very considerable cost a complete set of Drying Rooms, capable of seasoning in one parcel over 100,000 feet of timber, to meet this mrich-felt want. The Drying Rooms are now in full work, and the result has fully jastified the expense incurred. It is intended to use only such timber as has be en subjected to this process in making up Furniture and Wood-ware, and this cannot fail to favorably influence the demand for the Company's Manufactures. The attention of Builders and Contractors is specially drawn to the advantages derivable from the use of timber which has undergone this process of ' seasoning, and ■which are: A perfect freedom from clinging, and a consequent absence of the unseemly joints so noticeable in ordinary-workmanship, as well as & greater durability in the material employed. A knowledge of these facts must eventually lead to the extensive use of this Seasoned Timber in all works were such advantages are a desideratum. ' SEASONED TIMBER for the Trade will be supplied on favorable terms, which can be learned on application at the Company's Offices personally, or by letter.

Have now fully completed the erection of their extensive Warehouses and the alterations to the Factory, and are enabled to notify that the facilities for.prompt execution of orders, and the exhibition of their elaborate Stocks of Hardware, Furniture, Woodwares.and Timbee (rough and manufactured of every descripiion), aae unequalled in the Australian Colonies. FACTORY DEPARTMENT.—The alteration to the Factory, just completed, has enabled, the introduction of various new woodworking-machines, rendered necessary by the constantly increasing demand for wood ware of tlie Company's manufacture. The Factory may now be considered the most elaborate of,.its kind in the world, and the expedition with which the most intricate orders can be dispatched will commend itself to the publio.
THE HARDWARE DEPARTMENT stocks are of -the most complete description, and are being largely added to on the arrival of each vessel from the British and American markets. The Company is prepared to supply customers with every requisite in the Ironmongery trade at the lowest market rates.
THE FURNTTUKE DEPARTMENT possesses a special feature in the introduction of local woods into the manufactures, and the successful sale of articles of this nature.marks the appreciation of the Company's efforts in this direction. Special attention is given to use only such timber for this class of work as has been thoroughly seasoned by the new process lately introduced by the Company, and Customers can therefore be guaranteed against the failure of auy articles from thf U se unseasoned timber. The stocks o£ imported goods comprise a fine selection of Dining-room, Drawing-room, aud Bedroom Suites in a variety of designs; Pianos by the best makers ; a selection of Parisian goods ; and every requisite for complete furnishing.
