The Provisional Directors have arranged for the taking over by the Company, after its incorporation, of—(1.) The interest of J. T. and Co., in th* Lands, Buildings, and Premises owned or occupied by them in Oam aru. (2,) Tho Business and Asset* of Messrs. J. T. The amount of £7<X>o has been arrived at by deducting the amount of the liabilities from the total of the valuations and by adding the amount of £2OOO on account of goodwill and preliminary expenses of iomnatioa of Company, which art to be paid by vendors.
