Wellington, the undermentioned allotments of Freehold Land, in Block 3 numbered X., XL, XII., and XIII., on the plan of the reclaimed land, in the City of Wellington. Lithographed plans, aa well as conditions of sale, are now ready for distribution at the various Land Offices throughout the Colony.
